KaaviFresh – Terms & Conditions Welcome to KaaviFresh. By accessing or placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services. 1. Business Model KaaviFresh sells only physical edible food items, including: food products We do not sell digital products or downloadable items. 2. Order & Payments All orders are confirmed only after successful payment through our authorized payment gateways. Customers must provide accurate billing and delivery details. Orders with false, incomplete, or incorrect address details may be canceled without liability. We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse. 3. Shipping & Delivery Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines: Metro cities: 2–5 business days Other locations: 5–10 business days Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen events. Customers receive tracking details once the order is dispatched. Incorrect delivery details may result in return-to-origin & re-shipping charges borne by the customer. 4. Return Policy Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are NOT accepted once a product is delivered. Returns or replacements are ONLY applicable under the following conditions: The product is damaged The product is defective A wrong item has been delivered In such cases: Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery Photo or video proof is mandatory Approved cases may receive replacement or refund 5. Refund Policy Refunds are only issued for approved claims of damaged, defective, or wrong deliveries. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery Proof of issue is mandatory Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side Refunds are NOT applicable for: Change of mind Opened or used food products Address errors provided by customers Delivery delays beyond our control Perishable items once accepted by the customer 6. Customer Responsibility Customers must inspect packages upon delivery. Delivery disputes must be reported immediately. KaaviFresh is not liable for allergic reactions; customers must verify ingredient details before consumption. 7. Intellectual Property All content displayed on the KaaviFresh website is protected by copyright law and must not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission. 8. Privacy Policy Customer information is securely stored and used strictly for order processing. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers. 9. Legal Jurisdiction All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
