We offer refunds only for defective or damaged products. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Customers must provide a valid reason and proof (photo/video) for refunds. Refunds will not be processed for used, opened, or tampered products. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our end. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 days. Customers must return the product before the refund is processed. Orders canceled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund. If an item is out of stock after purchase, a full refund will be issued. Refund processing time may vary based on bank policies. Items on sale or discount are non-refundable unless damaged. If a refund is delayed, please check with your bank before contacting us. Refunds are not applicable for incorrect addresses provided by customers. Digital products or downloadable items are non-refundable. If the wrong product is delivered, customers must report it within 48 hours. If a product is not delivered due to courier issues, we will issue a full refund. Refund requests can be raised through our customer support email. Replacement is available for eligible refunds instead of a cash refund. Refunds for bulk orders will be processed case-by-case. We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not comply with our policy.
