Refund Policy – KaaviFresh At KaaviFresh, customer satisfaction and food safety are our top priorities. As we deal exclusively in perishable food products, our refund policy follows hygiene and safety compliance guidelines. Refund Eligibility Refunds or replacements are applicable ONLY under the following conditions: The product received is damaged The product is defective The wrong item was delivered Refund Time Limit Refund or replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Customers must share clear photo or video proof of the issue via our customer support email. Important Notes Due to hygiene and safety reasons, food products once delivered cannot be returned. Opened, used, or consumed items are not eligible for refund or replacement. Refunds are not applicable for: Change of mind Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer Delivery delays outside our control Refund Processing Once a request is approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side. Replacement may be issued instead of a refund based on customer preference and stock availability.
